Job Description and Responsibilities:

- Management and posting on Social Media platforms
- Curating content and concepts for social media posts
- Understanding behaviours and characteristics of potential customers
- Preparing and reporting on the activity done on the various platforms
- Assisting on the curation of Post Line-Ups, Reports, Content Buckets & Content Calendars.
- Assisting or prepping the documentation required for reporting or presentations to clients.
- Producing and posting of a consistent brand message across all the social media channels.
- Working with other departments to develop social media timelines that coincide with the product release, ad campaigns, and other brand messages.
- Coordinating with the design team to execute any visual elements required for the clients.
- Responding to any mentions over social media platforms (ORM)
