Chat Agent Associate Iii

The Chat Agent Analyst III establishes new customer relationships via the Chat platform and serves as a trusted advisor by identifying customer needs and matching them with appropriate Allstate coverages and products and/or referring them to Allstate partners. This role will quote and issue auto, motorcycle, renters and homeowners insurance policies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieves daily sales and productivity standards
- Proactively identifies the need for and offers additional insurance products and services offered by Allstate and/or Allstate business partners to help us build and retain a profitable, multi-line portfolio
- Takes reactive and proactive chats to gather information and close sales on personal lines insurance
- Builds and deepens customer relationships by providing empathetic, efficient, and responsive service that reflects our brand and our culture
- Thrives in an environment of change and is committed to professional development
- Efficiently uses resources to accurately issue policies in compliance with underwriting and state mandated requirements, as measured by survival and quality results.

**Education**:

- 4 year Bachelors Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years experience (preferred)

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- This job does not have supervisory duties.

**Education & Experience (in lieu)**:

- In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
