Assist the business testing team in UAT functional testing. Assist the development team in any functional clarifications required during the development or issue fix stages. Continuous engagement with the development team to ensure that the requirements are implemented correctly during development phase. The Business Analyst is responsible for developing business and usability requirements for client projects and products. Gathering critical information from meetings wi th various stakeholders and producing useful reports. The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions. Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Lead routine conference calls and partici pate in on-site meetings with clients develop action items and follow through on tasks to achieve various milestones of the project plan. Should have in-depth & hands-on understanding of Software functional requirement gathering, functional specific ation documentation and related areas. Should have good understanding of SDLC and widely used methodologies used such as Lean, Agile, Waterfall etc. Must have excellent communication skills to communicate with both technical and non-technical personn el..
