***JOB SUMMARY**:
- Experience in **Retail banking **domain
- Prior experience in **Contact centre automation (Channels)** is mandatory
- 10+ years of experience as BA
- Must have strong BA skills with strong understanding of Agile principles
- Have fundamental skillset in Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Good Stakeholder Management experience
- Assist requirements prioritization to determine Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope
- Excellent communication skills & strong stakeholder management experience
- Must have experience in working with any global bank
