JOB SUMMARY The Product Owner or Product Manager provides strategic analysis services to business, product detailing, analysis and delivery partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the business units to gain in-depth understandin g of customer s business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, the context in which the business operates, and translate them into technology requirements. The Business Analyst is responsible for reviewing assigned business processes from end-to-en d, to identify and address operational and technological risks. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency. Business analysts often are custodians of business requirements and product road maps, and act as a liaison between the customer teams and d elivery teams. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Product Manager and Product Owner with good experience in product engineering lifecycle, building requirements from customer inputs or deriving from the use case inputs from TPM and support. Defining the product s trategy and road map. Working with architects, product technical manager, scrum master and dev leads to plan the product functionalities and features in building the product road-map. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Person should be a seasoned Product Manager with relevant experience in product management not less than 3 years 6-8 years of total IT experience, should have played this role at least in couple of projects. Should be able to understand the domain quickly and gather the requirements and translate it to the team effectively.. Managing the product backlogs, working on stories is a Must for this role Project experience in enterprise products and technology domains is a plus. Good knowledge of agile and scrum proce ss Should be having hands-on tools experience like Jira, Confluence, TFS etc. SPECIALIZATION Domain expertise in E-Commerce, Supply Chain, Product Ordering and Delivering work flows etc..
