**Responsibilities**
- Qualify and distribute leads to the sales team.
- Manage customer relationship management (CRM) software and ensure accurate data entry.
- Generate sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for sales representatives.
- Assist with sales presentations and demonstrations.
- Process sales orders and invoices.
- Track sales performance metrics and generate reports.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer service).

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales support role or a related field (e.g., customer service).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
