Position of Call Center Representative for Medical

The call centre representative for medical is responsible for coordinating patient appointments, managing schedules and billing-related calls.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for patients in EMR
- Answering all incoming calls to the practic
- Input patient appointment details in the system
- Maintain a friendly, positive demeanour over the phone
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

**Qualification**
- Graduate degree or higher
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette
- Computer proficiency; Windows, Microsoft Word, etc.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is preferred.
- 1-2 years of customer service or related experience preferred
- Previous EHR experience preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
