**Job Summary**:
The Sales Representative Role has been defined to expand the company’s customer base. This team member will
identify prospects and initiate the first contact with potential customers, using calls and meetings.
**Sales Representative Responsibilities**:
- Lead initial outreach and contact to prospects and potential customers through cold calls.
- Establish relationships with potential customers to determine their needs and qualify their interests and viability to increase sales.
- Present the service information as per the needs of potential customers.
- Share relevant information with the prospects that help with cloning the deal.
**Requirements and Qualifications**:
- Excellent spoken communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills.
- Listening intently, thinking creatively, and responding effectively to acquire potential customers.
- Ability to speak fluent and error-free English
- Ability to close business deals.
