**Key Responsibilities**:

- Counsel patients on various eye treatments and procedures (e.g., LASIK, Cataract Surgery, Retina Treatment, etc.)
- Explain pre
- and post-operative care instructions and address any questions or concerns.
- Coordinate with consultants and medical staff for appointment scheduling and procedure planning.
- Ensure patients are aware of available treatment packages, insurance options, and financial aspects.
- Follow up with patients post-consultation or surgery to check recovery and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of counselling sessions and patient feedback.
- Assist in converting consultations into surgeries by providing reassurance and guidance.
- Handle walk-in queries and incoming calls for treatment information.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably in healthcare, psychology, or social work).
- Prior experience in patient counselling or healthcare customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and local languages.
- Empathy, patience, and a compassionate approach towards patients.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, EMR software usage).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
