Dispatch Coordinator

Serve as the main point of contact for facility-related service requests, inquiries, and issues from employees and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and dispatch appropriate resources, such as maintenance technicians, cleaning personnel, or security staff, to address service requests and resolve issues.
- Track and monitor the status of service requests, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to service level agreements.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to inquiries and concerns, addressing and escalating issues as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service requests, including detailed descriptions, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
- Collaborate with internal departments, external vendors, and service providers to coordinate and schedule facility-related tasks, repairs, and maintenance activities.
