**Job Title**: Event Sales Executive
**Location**: A-27D, 5th Floor, Sector 16, Noida (Near Sector 16 Metro Station, Exit 4)

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Book My Kitty is the world’s first organized platform dedicated to **kitty party management**, transforming the way women host and enjoy social gatherings. Operating under **BMKP Festiverse Pvt. Ltd.**, we integrate **event tech** and **food tech** to deliver branded, curated, and memorable experiences across societies, restaurants, and venues.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Drive **sales for event bookings** by identifying and reaching out to potential clients, RWAs, community managers, and restaurants
- Achieve monthly targets by closing deals for **kitty parties, society events, birthday celebrations, and brand activations**:
- Pitch and convert **venue partners, restaurants, and societies** for recurring bookings
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to ensure successful **event execution**:
- Create proposals, negotiate pricing, and manage **sales pipelines and lead follow-ups**:
- Generate leads via **cold calling, WhatsApp marketing, field visits, and networking**:
- Maintain CRM, prepare weekly reports, and track conversion ratios
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business, or Event Management
- 2-4 years of experience in **event sales, B2B/B2C sales, or community marketing**:
- Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
- Field sales experience preferred (especially in event, food, or hospitality sector)
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
