**Job Role**:
We are looking for a female CRM who can manage customer orders, coordinate dispatch, handle recovery follow-ups, and maintain MIS reports in the ERP system.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Punch customer orders in ERP system
- Coordinate with dispatch team for timely delivery
- Follow up with customers and dealers for payment recovery
- Track dispatch status and share updates with sales team
- Maintain proper records and daily MIS reports
- Support sales and accounts team with order-related tasks
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, dispatch, and customers

**What We Want**:

- Graduate (required)
- 2-5 years of experience in CRM, ERP order processing, or dispatch coordination
- Knowledge of ERP systems and Excel (basic level)
- Strong communication skills and follow-up ability
- Responsible, organized, and team player

**Salary**: As per experience

**Joining**: Immediate preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
