**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to international clients to introduce Inventure's Cube LLP's services/products and identify their needs.
- Handle inbound calls from international clients, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Effectively communicate complex information in a clear, concise, and understandable manner to a diverse international audience.
- Build rapport and establish positive relationships with international clients to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client experiences and resolution of escalated issues.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, client engagement, and lead generation (if applicable).
- Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and international market nuances.

**Requirements**:

- **Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are a MUST.** Fluency in other international languages will be considered a significant advantage.
- Proven experience in a telecalling, customer service, or client relations role, preferably with international client interaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Active listening skills and the ability to understand and respond to client needs effectively.
- Demonstrated professionalism, patience, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other office productivity tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
