**About Us**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain company products/services.
- Handle inbound queries, providing accurate information and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads and prospects to convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development initiatives.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company updates to deliver accurate information.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Executive, or a similar role.
- Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (additional regional languages will be an advantage).
- Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain patient, professional, and positive during customer interactions.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
