We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team and contribute to our business growth by engaging with potential clients over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clearly communicate the benefits and features of our services to generate interest.
- Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for the sales team to further discuss tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential clients through effective communication.
- Handle inquiries and provide appropriate information regarding digital marketing services.
- Address client concerns and escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
- Provide insights and feedback from client interactions to improve sales strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of telecalling scripts and strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on telecalling activities and results.
- Analyze call data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
