We at Urban Company are building a high performance inside sales team and are looking for solid inside sales associates.

Job Location: Bangalore WFO.

No. of working days: 6 days a week (Roster Basis).

CTC Bandwidth (Fixed): 3LPA to 4.5 LPA +

Incentives: Best in-industry (25% to 80% (upto) of fixed)

What will be your responsibility?
- Sales conversion of high value projects
- Responsible for the entire sales lifecycle starting from engaging with the large volume of qualified customers till the final conversion i.e. getting us hired for the home service project
- Counselling high ticket size prospects via calls
- Creating and maintaining the data of potential customers with a strong follow-up

**Salary**: ₹3.50 - ₹4.50 per year
