**Experience: Min. 2 years experience as Office Admin.**
**Position: Office Admin**
**Location: Delhi.**
- Team work ability, should be able to handle the team.
- Problem solving ability.
- Ability to delegate work & get it done in limited time frame.
- Documentation management.
- Managing work flow.
- Creating & managing team schedules.
- Reporting to HR & senior management.
- Updating current and designing new recruiting procedures.
- To support the accounts department
- Help in collections, billing, audits and journal entries..
- Maintain timelines.
- Set clear purpose, goals and expectations for the team.
**SKILLS**
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
- Should be smart enough to tackle OE and maintain TAT.
- Must find ways to get the work done in the specified time period.
- Must have administrative qualities.
- Good knowledge of computer, M.S. office, portals, etc.
- Must have interpersonal skills, adaptability, and conflict resolution and mentorship.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Schedule:
