**Job Description (JD) for an Operator**:
**Job Title: Operator**
**Reports to: Site Supervisor/Foreman**
**Location: Virar**
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Equipment Operation**:

- Operate heavy equipment and machinery, such as cranes, excavators, bulldozers, and backhoes
- Ensure equipment is operated safely and efficiently
- Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition

**2. Construction Support**:

- Assist construction teams with various tasks, such as excavation, grading, and material movement
- Operate equipment to support concrete pours, steel erection, and other construction activities
- Ensure construction sites are kept clean and tidy

**3. Safety and Maintenance**:

- Ensure equipment is maintained in good working condition
- Conduct regular safety inspections on equipment and report any issues
- Participate in safety training and ensure compliance with company safety policies

**4. Teamwork**:

- Work collaboratively with construction teams to achieve project goals
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Provide support and guidance to junior operators

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience operating heavy equipment in the construction industry
- Valid operator's license and certification for specific equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
