Sales Assistant Job Description

Position Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining sales records.

3. Order Processing: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any issues that may arise.

4. Sales Coordination: Coordinate sales meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

5. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements, and assist in inventory reconciliation.

6. Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports and analysis, providing insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities.

7. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

8. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and support sales efforts.

9. Support Sales Initiatives:Assist in the execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and events to drive revenue growth.

10. Other Duties: Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by management to support the overall sales function.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a sales support role or customer service position preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Working Conditions:

- This position typically operates in an office environment.
- May require occasional evening or weekend work to support sales events or deadlines.
- Some travel may be required for sales meetings or events.

Salary and Benefits:

- Salary range: 8000 to 15000
- Benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and employee discounts.
