**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**
- Experience with retail planning software programs
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Working knowledge of **Microsoft Office**, **especially Excel**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field
- Proven ability to increase sales and profitability
- Strong understanding of retail merchandising and store operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
- Highly organized with excellent time-management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain store appearance by cleaning, stocking, and organizing shelves
- Assist customers with purchasing decisions, providing product knowledge and recommendations.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Train new employees on company policies and procedures
- Process customer transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Adhere to all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Prepare weekly sales reports for management
- Participate in monthly inventory counts
- Schedule employee shifts and breaks
- Balance cash register drawer at the end of each shift
- Perform opening and closing duties as needed

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
