We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Store Sales Representatives to join our retail team.
Role Summary
The Store Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and representing the brand with professionalism. This role plays a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting the store's daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet customers warmly and understand their shopping preferences, size requirements, and style choices.
- Provide product recommendations, styling suggestions, and outfit coordination.
- Assist customers in selecting products and achieving their desired look.
- Drive sales by meeting daily/weekly targets set by management.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide accurate product information.
Store Operations
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure stock availability on shelves and assist in restocking and replenishment.
- Help in inventory management, including stock counting and tagging.
- Keep trial rooms organized and ensure prompt assistance to customers.
Billing & Cash Handling
- Assist in billing processes using POS systems (if required).
- Ensure accuracy in billing, returns/exchanges, and payment handling.
Brand Representation
- Uphold Devasya's brand values through professional behavior and appearance.
- Provide a positive and memorable shopping experience to each customer.
- Build repeat customer relationships by offering exceptional service.
Skills & Qualifications
- 12th pass / Graduate in any field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in fashion, clothing, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (regional languages are a plus).
- Good interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends, fabrics, sizing, and styling.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and festive seasons as required.
