Job Description: Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers for KYC verification and loan processing
- Accurately verify customer information to ensure correctness.
- Ensure compliance with regulations, legal standards, and company policies during KYC procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer information at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients during the verification process.
- Document all verification activities thoroughly and systematically.

Job Requirements:

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Higher Secondary 12th Pass is required).
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or in sales at least of 6 months.

**Skills**:

- Good communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail in verifying and documenting customer information.
- Ability to handle sensitive information securely.
- Familiarity with CRM software for recording and tracking KYC data.
- Flexibility: Ability to work day shifts with flexibility to adapt as needed.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Salary: 10,000 + Incentives
- Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus opportunities available.
