As an IT Tele Sales Representative at My Ginee Wishing Hub Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by engaging with potential clients over the phone, identifying their IT needs, and offering suitable solutions from our extensive product and service portfolio. Your primary goal is to generate sales and build strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Presentations**: Present and explain our IT products and services to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value propositions.
- **Needs Assessment**: Understand clients’ business needs and IT requirements to recommend appropriate solutions.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate terms and conditions, pricing, and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, interactions, and sales activities.
- **Follow-Up**: Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for additional sales.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our products and services.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team, technical support, and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer experience.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress, and achievements to the sales manager.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of IT products and services.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
