**Job Summary**:
The Medical Representative (MR) in the 108 Ambulance Service plays a critical role in liaising between healthcare providers (hospitals, clinics, doctors) and the 108 ambulance operations team. The MR is responsible for promoting the usage of 108 services, building relationships with medical institutions, ensuring awareness, and driving coordination for emergency and patient transport services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and create awareness about 108 emergency ambulance services among hospitals, clinics, and the general public.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals (doctors, hospital administrators, nursing staff, etc.).
- Act as a point of contact between the ambulance services and healthcare institutions for smooth patient referral and transfer processes.
- Identify and onboard new healthcare institutions for effective coordination in emergency cases.
- Collect feedback from healthcare providers and patients to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely response and address any service-related concerns.
- Conduct field visits, awareness drives, and outreach activities to promote the 108 services in rural and urban areas.
- Provide daily/weekly/monthly reports on outreach activities, targets achieved, and market insights.
- Educate stakeholders on 108's service protocols, benefits, and operating procedures.
- Assist in training hospital staff on how to effectively utilize 108 services during emergencies.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar healthcare outreach/sales role.
- Familiarity with emergency medical services or healthcare systems preferred.

- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
