We are looking for a **motivated Freelance Medical Representative (MR)** with a **B.Pharma qualification** to support our pharmaceutical sales and marketing initiatives in **Bhopal**. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers to gain field experience and build a career in the healthcare industry.

As a Freelance MR, you will **promote pharmaceutical products, establish professional relationships, and help achieve sales targets** on a flexible, project-based arrangement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote company’s pharmaceutical products to **doctors, hospitals, and chemists**.
- Build and maintain **professional relationships** with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve **sales and promotional targets** in assigned territories.
- Conduct **field visits, product demonstrations, and reporting**.
- Provide **market insights, competitor analysis, and feedback**.

**Requirements**:

- **B.Pharma graduate** (Fresher acceptable).
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills**.
- Ability to work independently and manage **field visits**.
- Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
- Basic understanding of **medical terminology** is a plus.
