**Product Promotion**: Promote SERGE Pharma's products effectively to healthcare professionals, highlighting their features, benefits, and therapeutic advantages.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals within the assigned territory to maximize brand awareness and loyalty.
- **Product Knowledge**: Acquire comprehensive knowledge of SERGE Pharma's products, including their indications, contraindications, and mode of action, to provide accurate information to customers.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Achieve sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager by implementing effective sales strategies and identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
- **Compliance and Ethics**: Ensure all promotional activities and interactions with healthcare professionals comply with regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and company policies, maintaining integrity and professionalism at all times.
- **Market Intelligence**: Gather and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and market trends, to identify opportunities and threats and inform strategic decision-making.
- **Reporting and Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of sales visits, customer interactions, and product samples distributed, and provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to the Area Sales Manager.

Pay: From ₹600,000.00 per year
