We are looking for a motivated **Medical Representative (MR)** with a **B.Pharma qualification and 6 months of field experience** to support our pharmaceutical sales and marketing initiatives in **Bhopal**. This role offers an opportunity to enhance sales skills, strengthen market relationships, and build a long-term career in the healthcare industry.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Promote and market the company’s pharmaceutical products to **doctors, hospitals, and chemists**.
- **Build and maintain professional relationships** with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve **sales and promotional targets** within the assigned territory.
- Conduct **field visits, product detailing, and reporting**.
- Provide **market insights**, competitor activity updates, and customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- **B.Pharma graduate** (with minimum 6 months experience as Medical Representative).
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal** skills.
- Good understanding of **pharma products and medical terminology**.
- **Self-motivated**, confident, and result-oriented personality.
- Ability to **work independently** and manage daily field operations.
