Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven individual to join our team as a Medical Representative. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, creating brand awareness, and driving sales within your assigned territory.

**Responsibilities**:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and medical staff, through regular visits and communication.

Present, demonstrate, and explain the features, benefits, and indications of our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, highlighting their efficacy and safety profiles.

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand their clinical needs, educate them on our products' therapeutic value, and provide accurate and updated medical information.

Plan and execute product presentations, seminars, and workshops to healthcare professionals to increase awareness and promote product adoption.

Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and healthcare professional feedback, providing regular reports and insights to the sales team and management.

Achieve sales targets and objectives by proactively identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals within designated accounts.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant medical guidelines, product information, and industry developments, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory guidelines.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to healthcare professionals, promptly responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree.

Proven track record of success in pharmaceutical sales or a similar role, with a strong understanding of the medical industry and healthcare system.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex medical information to healthcare professionals and build professional relationships.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, enabling you to influence healthcare professionals' decisions and drive sales.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision, effectively managing your territory and prioritizing tasks.

Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze market data, identify customer needs, and adapt strategies accordingly.

Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical guidelines, and regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical sales.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
