**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry in System**: Accurately input financial data and transactions into the company’s accounting or ERP system.
- **Bill Book Expense**: Maintain and update records of all business-related expenses, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Debit Note and Credit Note Reconciliation**: Review, verify, and reconcile debit and credit notes to ensure alignment with the financial records.
- **Knowledge about GST**: Ensure compliance with GST regulations, assist in GST-related documentation, and support the preparation of GST returns.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide general support to the finance department, including filing, record-keeping, and responding to queries.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and tax regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to handle confidential information.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- BCom, Finance, or a related field.
- Knowledge of GST filings and related processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
