**Job Title**: Accounts Executive

**Department**: Accounts & Finance
**Reporting To**: Accounts Manager / Finance Head
**Location**: Lower Parel
**Employment Type**: Full-Time

**Job Summary**:
The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial record-keeping, processing transactions, reconciling statements, and supporting the finance team in compliance and reporting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with other departments for financial data and approvals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic tax compliance.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work under deadlines.

**Salary Range**:
**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Accounting/Finance: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
