We are expanding our finance team and are looking for committed and skilled **Accounts Executives** to join us at our Mumbai (Lower Parel) office.

- **Junior Accounts Executive**:

- **Senior Accounts Executive**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain daily accounting records and company financial data in Tally
- Manage company books, ledgers, and voucher entries
- Prepare and reconcile invoices, bills, and bank statements
- Handle company communication via mail and follow-ups with clients/customers
- Ensure timely filing of taxes, GST, and statutory compliance
- Support internal audits and monthly/yearly financial closures
- Maintain employee expense and salary records
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth financial operations

**Skills Required**:

- Proficient in **Tally ERP** and basic accounting principles
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance work
- Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word)

**Qualifications**:

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance
- Junior: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Senior: Minimum 3+ years of strong accounting experience
