Key Areas: -

Communicate effectively with clients & Team, to address queries and provide accounting assistance. Well versed with latest schemes & reforms. Able to do routine work independently.

Key Responsibilities: -

  1. Handle Day-to-Day accounting activities Receipts & Payments, including managing Accounts Payable / Receivable and General Ledger entries.

  2. Assist in preparation of Monthly Sales Invoices and sending to Client.

  3. Prepare & Maintain Outstanding Reports of Clients/Customers accordingly.

  4. Provide assistance in Collection of Outstanding Amounts from Clients / Customers within Due Dates

  5. Follow-up with Vendors/Landlords for Monthly Invoices to report in our systems.

  6. Assist in filing all GST returns / Reconciliation of GSTR-2B with our books

  7. Support month-end and year-end closing processes and Coordinate with statutory auditors for Internal & Statutory Audit.

  8. Preparation of Monthly MIS Reports in detailed, reconciled it with our Tally Data for presentations,

  9. Reconcile Accounting discrepancies / differences in MIS with Team to resolve any accounting issues.

  10. Prepare and analyse Balance sheets & Profit and Loss to ensure financial stability and compliance in Advance Excel.

  11. Keeping Records of entire Documentation like Banking / Audit Reports/ KYC to send it Finance Firms
