**Job Description - Accounts Executive**

**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai
**Experience**: 2+ Years
**Salary**: ₹25000-30000 per month
**Industry Preference**: Manufacturing

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Accounts Payable (AP)**:

- Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
- Verify purchase orders, goods received notes (GRN), and supplier invoices.
- Ensure timely payments while managing cash flow.
- **Accounts Receivable (AR)**:

- Generate and follow up on customer invoices.
- Track outstanding payments and manage collections.
- Maintain aging reports and ensure timely recovery of dues.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile daily bank transactions and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor cash inflows and outflows, ensuring accuracy in financial records.
- Work closely with finance teams to streamline reconciliation processes.
- **Financial Record Keeping & Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate accounting records as per company policies.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax calculations and filings.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
- **Reporting & Coordination**:

- Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
- Coordinate with auditors and internal teams for smooth financial operations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in **Accounting, Finance, or Commerce** (B.Com, M.Com, or equivalent).
- **5+ years of experience in accounting** within a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of **Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Bank Reconciliation**.
- Proficiency in **Tally, SAP, or other accounting software**.
- Good understanding of **GST, TDS, and taxation regulations**.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
