**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Training Delivery**:

- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on mobile phone repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Cover topics such as hardware diagnostics, software issues, component replacement, and soldering techniques.

2. **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and update training modules and course materials to align with industry trends and advancements.
- Develop hands-on projects and assessments to enhance student learning.

3. **Student Support**:

- Mentor and guide students in developing technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.

4. **Equipment Management**:

- Maintain training tools, equipment, and devices in the workshop.
- Ensure a safe and organized training environment.

5. **Industry Collaboration**:

- Stay updated with the latest developments in mobile technology.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to incorporate real-world practices into training.

6. **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain records of student attendance and performance.
- Participate in faculty meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of the training program.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
- **Technical Expertise**:
1. Proficiency in mobile phone hardware repair and software troubleshooting.

2. Familiarity with tools like multimeters, soldering irons, and diagnostic software.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience in mobile phone servicing or related training roles.

**Skills**:
1. Excellent teaching and communication skills.

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

3. Ability to adapt to diverse learning styles and needs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in mobile repair (e.g., Apple, Samsung, or other OEM certifications).
- Experience in advanced repair techniques such as motherboard-level servicing.
- Knowledge of recent mobile technologies like 5G and IoT.
