**Guest Relations Associate - Lower Parel, Mumbai**

**Location**: Lower Parel, Mumbai
**Salary**: ₹55,000 - ₹60,000 per month
**Qualification**: Bachelor’s Degree

The Guest Relations Associate is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and a seamless experience for guests. This role involves handling guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about services.
- Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Manage complaints and provide quick resolutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain records of guest interactions and service feedback.
- Promote company offerings and upsell services when appropriate.
- Ensure the reception and lobby areas are well-maintained.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:
