**Job Summary**

The Guest Relationship Associate (GRA) is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a personalized and memorable stay experience by handling guest interactions, requests, and feedback professionally and courteously.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process
- Build and maintain positive relationships with guests throughout their stay
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams
- Ensure VIP and repeat guests receive personalized services
- Maintain accurate guest records and preferences in the system
- Promote hotel services, amenities, and loyalty programs
- Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards
- Collect guest feedback and assist in improving service quality

**Qualifications**
- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred
- 0-3 years of experience in hotel front office or guest services
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
