
Sales Executive

The work includes going to corporate & meeting the admin managers/concerned persons for any office space requirement & generating leads out of them. Distribution of letters, circulars & updates to all corporate.
- Entering the data collected from the surveys & updating the existing database with the details like name of the contact person, phone number, name of the company, address & Lease term, data updating management.
- Identifying/Managing & monitoring of vacant areas.
- The incumbent should develop and maintain good relations with the Admin/Hr Managers/Estate Manager/Developers in the region/ territory assigned.
- Profitable value relationship with the sales team important to ensure exchange of information/inputs on a regular and continuous basis for mutual benefit.
- To develop contact persons at ground level who become a key source of information on upcoming projects as well and one point contact for existing projects.
- Making proposals & supporting team members for site visits/meetings etc.
- Special surveys for vacant areas as per the demand of the situations.
- Identifying/developing a new stream for generating requirements/leads.
- Any other duty, duly assigned by the management needs to be fulfilled.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
