**Senior Media Planner**

**Location: Mumbai, Vile Parle E**

**Company Overview**:
Prachar Communications is a leading advertising agency specializing in innovative digital media strategies. We are urgently seeking a **Media Planner (Planning, Buying, Execution) with 3-4 years of agency experience to join our team immediately. **This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1.Responsible for Planning/Buying/Execution newspaper ad space and Outdoor Media**

2. Liaison and Follow up with concerned persons

3. Liaising and building relationships with clients and media sales companies

4. Negotiating with media companies to obtain the best rates and most appropriate media spaces in online, broadcast and print advertising; Outdoor media

5. Communicating with media sales people to adjust media schedules in response to audience figures

6.Ensuring that the adverts run accurately so the desired media message is seen and heard by consumers

7. Analyze target customers and plan in accordance with that.

Background: Should have worked in **Print Media / Outdoor Media**.

**Minimum 3-4 year of experience is required.**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
