We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and creative **Media Planner** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital media plans that align with client goals. This role requires a strong understanding of digital platforms, audience targeting, and media performance metrics.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with account and strategy teams to understand client objectives and translate them into effective media strategies.
- Develop comprehensive media plans across digital channels including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Display, Programmatic, and emerging platforms.
- Conduct audience research and media consumption analysis to inform targeting and channel selection.
- Work with media buyers and digital specialists to implement and optimize campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Manage media budgets efficiently and ensure delivery within specified KPIs.
- Stay up to date on digital media trends, tools, and innovations.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in media planning, preferably at a digital or integrated agency.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Team player with a collaborative approach and keen attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
