Proven financial accounting and internal audit experience besides taxation
- Hands on experience in preparation of standalone and consolidated financial a/cs based on IND-AS
- The job holder will be responsible for Mumbai/ Head Office accounting
- ∙Ensure implementation of Internal Financial Controls with respect to accounting and regulatory compliances
- ∙Insurance management
- ∙Employee taxation and other direct tax compliances including corporate tax work
- MIS Reporting:

- ∙Maintain and prepare MIS reports to be presented to the management, which include a snapshot of sales, P&L account, receivable
- statements, summary of inventory, aging of finished goods, cash flow, etc.
- ∙Accountable for current inventory valuation, cash flow projections, and forecasting
- ∙Responsible for collecting different reports to help maintain the MIS
- Budgeting & Planning:

- Prepare a detailed financial budget for the organization
- Analysis of variances against budget and monitoring of key financial parameters
- Grauer & Weil (India) Ltd.
- Ensure timely information is provided to the Management for publishing accounts as well as for budgeting.
- Auditing:

- Co-ordinate with Auditors and ensure smooth completion of the audit
- Ensure complete compliance with statutory requirements
- Internal Audit and Control:

- Statutory Compliance,
- Internal control framework & practices,
- Accounting and Reporting,
- Governance rules

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
