We are looking for an enthusiastic AGM Risk who is responsible for managing the portfolio risk, transaction risk, collections through building sound credit policies. The person would also play an integral role in defining new markets/products for the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Formulating risk policies for our product
- Managing exposure at a transaction and portfolio level
- Build end to end collection process
- Coordinating with the Operations team, Product team and Tech team for smooth implementation of our internal processes
- Anticipate changes in the credit conditions; implement effective portfolio actions that mitigate
- potential risks.
- Communicate with clients, and other stakeholders for collection, operations whenever required

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in commerce, economics, engineering
- 10-15 years of experience in banks and/or fintech
- Very high attention to detail
- Strong technology orientation
- Strong data/numbers orientation
- Customer oriented, responsive to changes, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills
