**Position: Legal Associate / Company Lawyer**
**Location**: Bangalore (Work from Office)
**CTC**: ₹2 - 3 LPA (based on experience)
**Company**: A & AB Associates

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Handling corporate legal matters including compliance, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinating with external legal counsel for litigation or dispute resolution matters
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, company policies, and government regulations
- Advising management on legal risks and business strategies
- Supporting company secretarial functions as required (ROC filings, board resolutions, etc.)
- Staying updated on changes in laws relevant to company operations (corporate, labor, IP, tax, etc.)

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of relevant legal experience (corporate or firm)
- Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labor laws
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
