**Job Description: The following will be the job description for this position**:
**1. Legal Compliance**:
a. Oversee and manage all company-related legal compliances for real estate clients.

b. Assess and advise on market practices prevalent in the industry to ensure compliance and fairness.

**2. Legal Documentation**:
a. Draft and review legal documentation, including Agreement to Sell, Sale Deeds, Joint Venture / Joint Development Agreements, Construction Related Agreement, Property Management Agreement, Lease/Rental Agreement, Easement-related Agreements, Mortgage Deeds, Power of Attorney/ies, All misc. letters

b. Managing Sale Deed Execution and Property Registrations in Bengaluru

**3. Documents Scrutiny**:
a. Conduct complete Title checks and review Sale Deeds to identify and rectify any legal discrepancies.

**4. Property Valuations**:
a. Work with Property Valuers to quick turn-around responses to queries related to market value and SR value of respective localities.

b. Oversee the execution of Sale Deeds and Property Registration processes.

c. Draft and negotiate B2B and B2C mandates for larger properties.

**Qualifications**:
a. Bachelor's degree in Law; Master's degree is a plus.

b. Minimum of Two (2) years of Proven experience as a Real Estate Lawyer, preferably in Bangalore.

c. In-depth knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and practices.

d. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

e. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

f. High attention to detail and organizational skills.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
