Exciting Career Opportunity – Real Estate Lawyer (Business Development & Client Relations) | Tier 2

Role Highlights:
  • Regional Leadership: Serve as the primary contact for Bengaluru office, representing the Real Estate practice in the region.
  • Business Development: Lead client engagement, networking, and relationship-building efforts to grow the firm's Real Estate presence in Bengaluru.
  • Client Interface: Act as the first point of contact for clients in the region, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration with the Mumbai team.
  • Real Estate Advisory: Provide advice on real estate due diligence, title verification, lease agreements, and commercial real estate contracts, with less emphasis on execution-heavy work.
  • Office Growth: Be the face of newly set-up Bengaluru office, driving business development and handling local matters.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Lawyer with 4–6 years of PQE in real estate law, preferably from a non-Tier 1 law firm.
  • Strong client-facing and business development skills, with proven ability to independently handle client relationships.
  • Local candidates only – must be based in Bengaluru (relocation will not be considered).
  • Educational background: LLB from a reputed institution.
  • Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-management skills.
  • Proactive, personable, and capable of being the face of the firm in the Bengaluru region.
