**Position**: Corporate Lawyer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Violation of Code of Conduct**:

- Investigate and address any breaches of the company’s code of conduct.
- Advise on appropriate disciplinary actions and legal consequences.
- **Data Theft**:

- Manage cases involving the theft of company data.
- Coordinate with cybercrime units and ensure proper legal action is taken.
- **Reputation Management**:

- Handle legal issues related to the damage of the company’s reputation.
- Seek injunctions and file claims to mitigate and rectify reputational damage.
- **Employee Exit Issues**:

- Address legal complications arising from employee exits.
- Manage disputes related to non-compete clauses, severance packages, and other exit-related matters.
- **Harassment Cases**:

- Investigate and resolve cases of harassment within the company.
- Ensure compliance with legal standards and internal policies.
- **Fraud Cases**:

- Conduct thorough investigations into cases of fraud by employees or ex-employees.
- File FIRs and represent the company in police and court proceedings.
- **Cyber Cases**:

- Address legal issues related to cyber threats and breaches.
- Work closely with cyber departments to protect the company’s interests.
- **Representation**:

- Represent the company in dealings with the police, cyber, and in court.
- Handle litigation and provide strategic legal advice.
- **Tribunal Representation**:

- Represent the company in tribunals such as Income Tax (IT) Tribunals, Goods and Services Tax (GST) Tribunals, Commercial Tax Offices, and others
- Provide expert legal advice and advocacy in tax-related disputes and commercial legal matters.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: LLB and enrolled with Bar Council additional qualifications in cyber law or corporate law will be an advantage.
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of experience in corporate law, with specific expertise in handling civil, criminal, and cyber law matters.
- **Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in handling police and court matters.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively.

**Remuneration**:

- The assignment fee is highly competitive and based on final negotiations with clients.

Pay: ₹16,687.06 - ₹37,322.72 per month
