**Key Work Responsibility**
Assist the sales team in preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, Track sales orders and ensure timely delivery.
To manage correspondence between the sales team and clients. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in coordination with relevant departments.
Co-ordinate and communicate between the sales team, marketing, operations, and finance departments. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-up calls for the sales team. Prepare presentations, sales materials, and documents for meetings
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and contracts.
Prepare regular sales reports, track sales performance, maintain all trial reports
Ensure that customer orders are processed accurately, manage inventory, and monitor shipping schedules.
Work with logistics teams to manage delivery schedules and handle any shipment issues. You should also meet "Principal" specific growth targets for the year - Product, Process, Customer etc.
Help manage and maintain customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. Resolve customer issues related to sales orders, deliveries, and product quality. Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction
Lead Participation in Exhibition
