**Key Responsibilities:1. Sales & Revenue Growth**
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals in **Noida and surrounding areas**.
- Generate leads, conduct field visits, and convert prospects into customers.
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the company's presence.
- Ensure consistent revenue growth through active sales efforts.

**2. Client Relationship Management**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide post-sales support.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.

**3. Market Analysis & Business Development**
- Conduct thorough market research to identify competitors, trends, and customer needs.
- Gather feedback from clients to improve products/services and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create customized sales pitches.

**4. Sales Reporting & Compliance**
- Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to improve results.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structures, and sales guidelines.

**Key Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in [industry-specific sector, e.g., services, FMCG, B2B sales].
- **Skills Required**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel within **Noida and nearby regions** as required.
