The Job Role:
- Responsible for the sales of LED Lighting to companies, new projects and government agencies if any.
- (Lighting LED division).
- To canvass prospective customers to grow the business and achieve sales objectives
- Prepare sales presentation and reports
- Work with Lighting Designers, M&E Consultants, Architects and project team to secure design win of our LED Lighting products
- Identify potential selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Regular follow up with customers on enquiries/ sales orders
- Monitoring the complete sales & marketing, business development in market of (region).
- Meeting electrical consultants, architects, specifies in (region), generating business from new accounts.
- Meeting value volume sales budgets along with profit contribution targets.
- Coordination with cross functions to ensure proper & timely responses to customer; Order executions; business generation, and maintaining relationships with customer.
- Taking care of Indoor, Outdoor, commercial, residential, hospitality, Hotel & Industrial lighting solution
- Keeping Area wise database, Market Survey reports, Competitor activities & and identifying customer requirements so as prepare the Sales promotional budget & plans for assigned area.
- Getting approvals for Product Profile from Specifies, Architects, Interior decorators, Electrical Consultants, Electrical Contractors, Govt. authorities & End Clients.
- To achieve targets and prospecting of new clients penetration and reach.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/ Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline / MBA in sales
- Interest in Lighting/ Electronics products
- Ability to work independently to canvass
- Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential attributes
- Working closely with Architects, local/regional Governments, Specifiers, Contractors and Value-Added Partners to build the LUG brand and generate leads, secure specifications and projects, to ultimately deliver the agreed level of sales volume and profits
- Preparing action plans to identify new customers and projects, actively and effectively searching out new leads and sales prospects
- Building/maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Providing regular sales forecast and project pipeline updates
- Maintaining CRM records for all contacts, projects and activities
- Developing regular account and sales management reports
- High interpersonal and communication skills and positive personal energy
- Highly Target Oriented
