
IT Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
**Business Development**: Identify new business opportunities by researching and targeting potential clients in the IT industry. Develop a strategic plan to expand the company's client base and market presence.
**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their IT requirements, challenges, and goals, and offer suitable products and services that meet their needs.
**Sales Strategy**: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the sales team to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer preferences.
**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company's IT products and services. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
**Proposal and Presentation**: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of the company's IT solutions. Address client inquiries and concerns, providing comprehensive solutions that meet their requirements.
**Negotiation and Closing**: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients, addressing objections and concerns to finalize sales agreements. Ensure a smooth closing process that meets both client expectations and company goals.
**Sales Reporting**: Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress in the company's CRM system. Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
**Market Research**: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential areas for growth and innovation. Provide feedback to the company regarding product improvements and market insights.
**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in IT sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and articulate them to non-technical clients.
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
