_Personal Assistant Duties:_
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Handle confidential documents and information with discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation as required.
- Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external stakeholders.
- Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
- Office Administration Duties:_
- Oversee office operations, supplies, equipment, and maintenance issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in onboarding new staff and ensuring HR documentation is in order.
- Manage office budgets and petty cash; process invoices and expense reports.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹8,917.62 - ₹20,979.03 per month
